Hörni hörni hörni, ni har väl inte missat att Bagare Brage har etablerat sig i Skövde? Vi är riktigt förtjusta i Bagare Brage i Tibro (läs vår recension här) och är glada över att det retroinsiprerade fiket numera finns i Skövde. Naturligtvis går den lilla cafélokalen i Skövde också i 50-talets tecken när det kommer till interiör. 
Systrarna Brage har ett stort konditoriutbud och det finns en mängd spännande fika att välja mellan. Eftersom vi har fikat på Bagare Brage innan vet vi dessutom vad vi kan förvänta oss. Vi väljer att testa en pariserbulle: en vetebulle som är fylld med vaniljkräm. Degen är god och framför allt tycker vi att vaniljkrämen håller en hög kvalité. Ofta stöter vi på bullar där vaniljkrämen är stabbig, men så är inte felet här. Kaffet vi dricker till fikat är gott och dryckesupplevelsen förstärks extra mycket av det fina porslinet. 
Det enda vi tycker är synd är att cafélokalen är liten: det är nästan mer av en butik än ett café. Å ena sidan är det mysigt att det är en liten lokal med få sittplatser, men å andra sidan är det ett café där man gärna skulle vilja sitta i timtals utan att känna sig i vägen för andra fikande gäster. Hur som helst tycker vi att Systrarna Brage är ett välkommet tillskott till Skövde! Och visst är Systrarna Brages Skövdes mysigaste café?
